I would appreciate if you help me.

I want to create a validation data list on the cells of a column depending
the value (in fact is another list) ot the left cell.
Example:
if A1 = Spain then the list of B1 must be the main cities of Spain
if A1 = UK then the list of B1 must be the main cities of UK
etc

where A1 is the selection from the list of countries of Euope ...
