Default working with #N/A and conditional formating

I'm trying to get the row highlighted with a cell value is #N/A

#N/A is the result of having NO MATCH on a VLookup table.

I've tried different variations in my format and it doesn't seem to
recognize #N/A as a value.

for example if cell a1=bob then the row is not highlited.
if it's #N/A then highlight it because it needs to be addressed.

Thanks in advance.
