Default Update 2009 dates to 2010 dates

Hello,
I have a 2009 time card that needs updating to 2010. I have dates in week
ranges for instance, 1/4/2009 to 1/10/2009 which would be converted to
1/3/2010 to 1/9/2010. Is there an easy way to do this?

Thanks in advance,
Ellen
