Default Date Format

Any one pls help....

Is there any way to show only the date (dd) in a cell.
I have a date formatted cells from (A9:ZZ9).

Hi,

Select these cells and apply a custom format of DD

To apply the format right click the selected cells - Format - select Custom
and enter DD in the TYPE box. OK

Default Date Format

Try giving the cell a custom format of:
dd
or
d
(depending on if you want leading zeros for days 1-9.)
