Default KeyStroke to insert Cursor in Formula Bar

Does anyone know of a keystroke that will insert the cursor into the formula
bar (without mosuing in there) - trying to elminate taking my hands off the
keyboard

F2 puts you into edit mode.

F2

If this does not work, be sure to clear the allow edit directly in cell
option.
