Default need some help with creating links

Is it possible to create a link between two excel files, say file#1 and
file#2, saved in two different servers or organization so that whenever a
cell in file#1 is changed or updated, it is automatically reflected in file#2.

thanks,
Mona

With linked files, File#2 can "pull" the update from File#1 when File#2
is opened (or when you manually update linked values). The link is not
active in the sense that File#1 can not "push" the updates to the other
file.

Different servers should not be a problem as long as the terminal
opening File#2 can read File#1 on a network share.
