SIMPLE ARRAY, SELECTEDH5:H25, ARRAY = G5:G25-F5:F25, ONLY PULLS UP VALUE IN H5.

Works OK for me.
Did you enter the formula as an array? The formula should look like this: {=G5:G25-F5:F25} Select the range H5:H25 Type the formula but *don't* hit Enter. Instead, hold down both the CTRL key and the SHIFT key THEN hit Enter. When done properly Excel will enclose the formula in those squiggly brackets as above. You can't just type these brackets in.
