Hi There,
Dont know if this is possible by Pivot table. I have huge data like this Resource Name Proj Name Resource Utilization Resource A Proj 1 0.5 Resource A Proj 2 0.4 Resource B Proj 1 0.3 Resource B Proj 2 0.4 Resource C Proj 1 0.5 Resource C Proj 2 0.4 Resource D Proj 1 0.9 Resource E Proj 1 0.9 Resource F Proj 2 0.9 When i do a "sum of" in the Pivot it gives me something like this Sum of Resource Utilization Resource Name Total Resource A 0.9 Resource B 0.7 Resource C 0.9 Resource D 0.9 Resource E 0.9 Resource F 0.9 Grand Total 5.2 When i do a "count of" in the pivot it gives me something like this Count of Resource Utilization Resource Name Total Resource A 2 Resource B 2 Resource C 2 Resource D 1 Resource E 1 Resource F 1 Grand Total 9 I want a count of resources which should look like the table below. I want the actual No of resources. Is this possible using a pivot. Else i need to use a count formula outside the pivot. And since the data changes every month it tough to put a formula and it had other subtotals as well. Count of Resource Utilization Resource Name Total Resource A 1 Resource B 1 Resource C 1 Resource D 1 Resource E 1 Resource F 1 Grand Total 6 Any help is appreciated. Thanks Rajula |
