I have multiple comments to add to a spreadsheet, and would prefer to remain
on the keyboard, rather than having to move to the mouse for every insertion of a comment. Is there a keyboard shortcut to insert a comment? |

Lani, just to add on..
The only shortcuts around comments are CTRL+SHIFT+O selects all cells that contain comments. SHIFT+F2 edits a cell comment. If this post helps click Yes --------------- Jacob Skaria "Gary''s Student" wrote: ALT-im -- Gary''s Student - gsnu200907 |
