The palette of available colours are different between spreadsheets.

It would be reasonable to expect any two spreadsheets on the same computer
using the same software (Excel 2003) which is installed only once to have
the same palette of colours available on all spread sheets. This is a
problem because I use certain colour combinations of background (fill
colour) and font colour to identify certain conditions. However, in some
instances these are not always available.

Any idea why this is happening and how to get around the problem please.
