Default Editing sql server data in Excel 2007

Excel 2007 SP2.

I succesfully created a connection to a SQL Server 2005 and can view
all sql server table data in my sheet.

I would like to be able to edit them too ... so when I change the
value in a cell I would like that the change is committed in sql
server.

Is it possible ?

If it is not possible, what do you advice to me to use: VBA or
something else ? Do you have some links to start from ?

Thanks.
