Default Indirect or Index or something else

In column A I have text and I also have a sheet that corresponds to the text
in column A. For example, in cell A2 I have ARZ and there is also a sheet
called ARZ. I would like a formula in cell B2 to go into the sheet called
ARZ and pull the text from cell R1. Any idea how to do this? Thanks.
