Hi all
I am looking for a way to highlight a block of cells based on the values of 2 of the cells. Basically I want to be able to highlight A6 through G6 if (G6D6) |

Yes, select the block of cells before clicking Conditional formatting.

Tried that - doesn't work. I tried highlighting the range and entering the
code: $G$6$C$6 and had the highlight set to red but it didn't highlight anything "Bob I" wrote in message ... Yes, select the block of cells before clicking Conditional formatting. select a6 thru g6, select 'conditional formating' and under Formula is:
