Default Access Pivot Table Report

I have a Pivot Table Report in Excel that is connected to a query in Access .
The query will either provide a zero (0) or another number based on a
condition. The query works fine in Access but the Excel table has numbers
where it should have zeroes. These other numbers appear to be from another
field in the Access table but that field is not selected as Values in the
pivot table. I am not sure if it is related to the Value Field Setting of
"Sum" but since there is no "First" that is the closest choice.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
