![]() How would I accomplish this without having both books open and copy/paste each time? Workbook 5, sheet 22, column 9 needs to have the data from Workbook 1, sheet 3, column 2, Workbook 5 needs to be able to pull the data from workbook 1 and update it to match when I open the workbook, it needs the entire column of data. |

Try this...
Do this one time...Do your normal copy operation BUT instead of pasting do Right clickPaste SpecialPaste Link. -- Biff Microsoft Excel MVP "dalmom" wrote in message ... Hi dalmom. I have just put up your 2 (EXCEL 2007) files at:-
www.pierrefondes.com These will do what you want them to do. When opening workbook5 you will need to:- - hit Options (towards top / middle of screen) - select Enable this content / OK This will then pull in the info from Workbook 1. Please hit Yes if my comments have helped you. (If you do not understand my instructions ask away and I will try and clarify).
