Pivot Table
Sorry, how easy was that. sorted!

It goes down to line 2000(ish). There is the option of hiding and showing information by clicking the + or - button which will show or hide the information for that particular person in my caase. My question is: Is there a way to open up or close them all at once rather than do the 112 people individually? Many Thanks Steve |
