Default Autocorrect on Excel 2003

Hi
I have Office 2003 on my Vista machine. If I click on Tools|
Autocorrect in Word, it opens the Autocorrect dialog box. If I do the
same in Excel, it pops up a 'Basic File Search' bar down the right-
hand side of the screen! Why?
Thanks!
Andy.
