Default multiple minimums, quick ?

I received help and formula for conditional formatting similar to
=C7<small(c7:h7,4) etc. but it highlights the empty cells too. I want it to
highlght the 4 smallest numbers but I will have some blanks in range so how
do I get it to ignore the blanks and not highlight them???
