Above all entries are in single column, how do I split into different
columns for Contact Person, Phone & Fax.

Pl. help me.

Default Split

Try the below with the data in ColA

In B1
=LEFT(A1,FIND("Phone :",A1)-1)

In C1
=SUBSTITUTE(LEFT(A1,FIND("Fax :",A1)-1),B1,)

In D1
=SUBSTITUTE(A1,B1 & C1,)

PS: There is a number along with the name.
