Hi Dan,
I don't know what that annoying and distracting garbage introduced by Microsoft (CDO)
at the bottom of your post is, and why someone should be voting on a question.

I think there are some templates available at Microsoft. In any case there are some
sample timesheets at Chip Pearson's site (downloads) and at John Walkenbach's
site.
