Default How do I write this formula in Excel 2003?

Is this formula possible in Excel 2003?
I would like to add the cells in column "K" with the following conditions.

If I4 contains a "J" then add K4 unless L4 contains an "X"

The column "I" would contain the letter "J" or "P".
The column "L" would contain an "X" or be empty.
Column "K" would contain a currency.
