Default calculating the difference between columns

I'm trying to calculate the differences between 2 cells, (ie: In E6 I have
the function =D6-B6 and in E7 I have =D7-B7.) The problem is that I have 150
rows and I really don't want to set the functions individually. There seems
like there should be a way to calculate this by column.
