Default Keep a column of comments "with" pivot table as pivot tables datachanges, causing rows to be added and deleted.

We have a pivot table tracking supplier data. A few users share the
spreadsheet to make adhoc comments next to supplier names. Because the
data changes often, the number of rows in the pivot table can change,
meaning that supplier ACME can move up and down, so the comments in
the row get out of sync.
Ie the pivot table takes columns A to E. Text comments are added in
column F.
So Row 10 may be the pivot table row with ACME, and a user adds a note
in cell F10.
Then the pivot table underlying data changes, and ACME gets pushed
down to row 11. How can we have the free text in cell F10 also move
down to row 11? I know this is a bit tricker than it seems (what
happens if ACME disappears from the pivot table) but still I'd like to
hear any ideas. We may just add cell comments into the pivot table,
this is the fall back if we come up with nothing better.I just
wondered if there was a way to get data next to a pivot table sharing
in row movements.
