Default How to use the value in a cell to run a query

I have a cell on an excel spreadsheet that has different numbers entered into
it through a macro, I also run a query that imports data from a database into
the same excel spreadsheet, what I need to be able to do is filter the
database query so that it only shows the record with the number that matches
cell the value of cell D2.

Basically all I need to know is what I need to put into the "Query Wizard -
Filter Data" box so that It selects the value of cell D2:

I.e.

ExpenseRptName - equals - ? I need it to use the value of cell D2

Many Thanks
