Default Excell speadsheet issue

i have an excel spreadsheet that has questions to answer which i would like
to time answers. I also have a separate timer program that i can place over
the spreadsheet which is fine except that when you click on the spreadsheet
the timer minimizes. Is ther a way to ??maybe embed the timer into the
spreadsheet so that it dosn't minimize? I've tried everythig that i can think
of.
Thanks so very much in advance if you can help.

Assuming your timer window doesn't take up too much screen real estate
you should be able to display both the timer and the spreadsheet next to
one another instead of having the timer appear on top of the spreadsheet.

Thanks Bill,
That's what I ended up doing. Acually 2 spreadsheets - One top to bottom on
the left side of the screen and one bottom right with the timer top right.
Little cumbersome but it works. Thanks again
