once you decide how you going to layout sheet 2, on sheet 2 enter this formula
=countif(sheet1!B2:B100,1) this will count all 1's.
=countif(sheet1!B2:B100,2) this will count all 2's.
=countif(sheet1!B2:B100,3) this will count all 3's.

and so on.
