I have a list of descriptions which I downloaded from the bank SHEET1 TAB.
DISCOVER NETWORK DES:SETTLEMENT ID:123456789101112,INDN:ABC COMPANY CO ID:657891011 CCD BANKCARD DES:SETTLEMENT ID:123456789101118,INDN:ABC COMPANY CO ID:657891011 CCD AMERICAN EXPRESS:SETTLEMENT ID:220000235,INDN:ABC COMPANY CO ID:657891011 CC I also have an ID list- SHEET2 TAB. ID:123456789101112 - ABC COMPANY ID:123456789101118 THE APPLE ID:220000235 FLOWERS What Id like to do is to set up a formula that can link both together. For example, look at the ID # (ID:123456789101112) on sheet1 tab and sheet2 tab, give me the result. The result here should be ABC COMPANY. I know I wont able to use vlookup function. Can anyone help me to come up a formula? Thank you. |
