PIVOT Display is WRONG
My pivot table will display only zeros (if formatted to SUM) or ones (if
formatted to COUNT). It will not display the values from the spreadsheet. I have tried every formatting trick I can imagine. Suggestions? DOUG ECKERT PS, I prepared over a dozen other pivot tables today without this problem. |

The values that you are aggregating... Are they numbers or text that looks
like numbers. Try formatting the source data with more decimal point or such to see what you really have. If that is the case then it is just a matter of coercing the text to numbers which we can help you with... -- HTH... Jim: It was "general" which I have reformatted to numbers, but it did not help. I shall try adjusting the decimals. DOUG "Jim Thomlinson" wrote: The values that you are aggregating... Jim: Your comment jogged my memory. I tried multiplying the original column
by 1, then pasted the result back into the original column - and it worked! Thank you very much. Sincerely, DOUG ECKERT "Jim Thomlinson" wrote: The values that you are aggregating...
