Copying Data from 1 format to another
I have data in this row type of format:
Name:xxx Address:xxx Phone Number:xxx With about 75 entries like this. I need to get it into a column type of format: Name Address Phone Number x x x The name, address, phone number are all similar-they came in a form. Is there a shortcut to moving the entries to the columns that I want them In? |

Copying Data from 1 format to another
northlake,
Highlight all of your cells and copy them. Then, create a new worksheet. Click in the uppermost leftmost cell in the new worksheet, it should be empty. On the paste tab (right-hand side of the toolbar) press the dropdown arrow to get more options, and click Transpose. I can't see your data, but this should do exactly what you need. Regards |
