what's the best way to enter anniversary dates into an XL address file. I
want to keep years and also sort on month Thanx |

Excel will not sort on months. You will need to set up a helper column. Say your dates are in Column B starting in B2. In your helper column, enter this formula in row 2 and drag it down: =Month(B2) Your helper column will now have the month numbers. Sort your data by that helper column.
