Default Macro Security Message

When I try to run VBA macros on my home computer (they work just fine at the
office), I get the following message:
"This file contains encrypted macros that have been disabled because there
is no antivirus software installed that can scan them. To run these macros,
remove the encryption or permission restrictions on the file."
I am running virus protection (Norton the same as at work). I have set the
security settings in the trust center as low as possible, but I still can't
run them...
Does anyone have any ideas.
Thanks,
