copy formula
Sorry, I'm not clear on this one.
Generally Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V does it. Or the toolbar equivalents. Or the Edit menu commands. Or the right mouse button commands. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button. copy formula
Copy the top cell's formula, eg copy A2
Enter the range in the namebox, eg: A3:A100, press ENTER to select the range Right-click on the range Paste Alternatively, select the entire range via the namebox, viz: A2:A100 Enter the top cell's formula (that for A2) into the formula bar Press CTRL+ENTER to fill the entire range success? hit the YES below -- Max Singapore http://savefile.com/projects/236895 Downloads:27,000 Files:200 Subscribers:70 xdemechanik --- "funny girl" wrote: how do I copy a formula to a range of cells below without using the drag method.
