Default How do I set up digital signatures for a section of a spreadsheet?

InfoPath allows you to digitally sign sections of the form. How do I get
that functionality out of an Excel spreadsheet? I need to be able to add
data to certain cells after obtaining certain digital signatures. Where
there's a will, there's a way!
