Default Backgroud color for 1 cell based on a range of cells values

Hello am making a checklist and I want the cell above the checklist
background color to turn green when the range of cells below all have a value
(could be anything) in them. B1=Turn green, when B10-B118 all have any value
in them. I have been searching for a couple of hours now with no such
luck......Thank You for any help.
