I want any text added in a cell to automatically change to uppercase even if
the user adds in lower case. Please help....

Right click your sheet tab, view code and paste the code below in on the right

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
Target.Formula = UCase(Target.Formula)
