Default Excel 2003 and Excel 2007

I am a manager and use Excel 2007 but my team uses 2003. They do not have the
Fill Effects button on their color palate tab in Format Cells, so when I set
up the spreadsheets with a gradient or dual color for each row, they can see
it but when they save it and I reopen it all of the coloring is gone. Is
there an add in for 2003 that will allow them to have the 'Fill Effects'
button or that will keep the coloring effects entered by me in 2007?

as in 2003 it is limited..(56)

Thank you Jocob for your reply, however I realize Excel supports unlimited
colors and 2003 does not, my question was, is there an add-in for 2003 that
will give it the colors available from 2007 so I can keep my formats?
