Default Equal column widths

There are two ways. Both start the same way... select all the cells (either
click the "empty" rectangle at the top left of the grid where the column
letters meet the row numbers or simply select any cell and then press
Ctrl+A). Now you can either click and drag the border between any two
adjacent column letters to size the column to the left of the border to the
size you want (the rest of the columns will adopt that width) or you can
click Home/Cells/Format on the Ribbon and select "Column Width" from the
drop down box that appears, then type in the width you want.
