Default ho do I set up a auto alert ,at the lowest number in a list of ch.

I have a list of staff and hours worked, I require something to highlight the
staff with the least hours worked

Default ho do I set up a auto alert ,at the lowest number in a list of ch.

1. Select the column with the values say(col B)
2. From menu FormatConditional Formatting
3. For Condition1Select 'Formula Is' and enter the below formula
=MIN(B:B)=B1
4. Click Format ButtonPattern and select your color (say Red)
5. Hit OK
