Default Default Value Field Settings for Pivot Tables

I would be a lot more convenient if we could pick our default value field
settings for Pivot Tables. I always use Count and Percentage of Column, but
whenever I choose two new fields for the table, I have to re-choose these.
It's frustrating. I think you had an option to set defaults in the last
version of Excel. Please bring it back.
