Thank you for your answer, I still need to explain it a bit more as I have
worked out the answer, I do want to find out if it has been done by Microsoft. I can set up the Criteria for Conditional Formatting which will work fine by putting a colour in the cell, But by putting a Negative Conditional Formula inthe same cell, I can prevent the colour format from showing up in the cell even though the format is correct. It can be used for Desired Coincidence Detection. I hope this explains it a bit better.
