Shading row based on value in one of its columns

I have a spreadsheet and want to make it automatically shade any rows that
have the words €śNO BID€ť in column D. Ive been trying to figure this out
using conditional formatting, but have had no luck with higlighting ENTIRE
ROWS. Please help. Thanks!
