Default Why does my 100% Normal Page view not match Print Preview?

In Excel 2007, my Workbook views do not match the Print Preview on my
documents that have inserted objects. Inserted shapes and text boxes do not
hold their alignment on the Print Preview. My only resolution has been to
guess at moving the objects out of alignment on the Normal Page view in order
to make them correct in the Print Preview and therefore print correctly. Any
suggestions for a setting that will correct this? I'm using Windows XP.
