Default Percentage

I need helping setting up a formula that will give me the percenta of clients
that reamin in the clinic.

141 records were close 21 of those close because client moved. so i was left
with 120, but i need to know the difference in percentage.

Do you mean
=(21/141)*100%

Default Percentage

If
141 is in A1
21 is in A2

Then in A3
=A2/A1

and in A4
=1-A3

Format A3:A4 as % - click the % button on the Formatting toolbar.
