This can only be done using VBA code, although you can get four conditions
by setting the normal format to whatever and using Conditional Formatting to
set the other three. This question has been asked a lot of times and there
is loads and loads in Google on this.
Try downloading Ron de Bruins excellent Google Search add-in and enter
'Conditional Formatting' as the subject, search in 'Excel Programming'

HELP! :)
All,
I have a issue with only being able to use 3 Conditional Formats within a
work sheet. I'm trying to color specific cells within the worksheet based
on
criteria in another set of rows within the same worksheet. Right now it
appears that (3) is the limit. I need to color much more than (3).
Example:
I have data in (A thru P) on the sheet. Basically it's just a bunch of
logical device names. In another set of rows (AI:AJ) I have logical
devices
and server names that are using them.
What I need to is color the cell (A:P) a specific color if there matching
devices are in (AI:AJ) and so on.

Thanks
