Does anyone know how to export a file out of excel and put it into outlook?

You can either use File-Send to - As Attachment, or you might check out Ron's
site:

He provides numerous ways/examples on sending emails from Excel.

Do you mean to send as email using Outlook?

Luke has covered that scenario by pointing you to Ron's site.

Or do you mean to export a list of names, addresses etc. from Excel to your
Outlook Contacts?

Note that *.CSV files will work in 2003 and earlier and 2007.

Outlook 2007 won't import directly from Excel 2007
