Default Menu Behavior

I am helping a co-worker. On his computer, the Excel menu pull-downs only
diplay the first several items. An additional click to required to get the
complete pull-down.

For example, if I click File, all I see is:
Open
SaveAs
Remove Hidden Data
Print

I need an additioanl click to see the complete pull-down.

How can I fix this??

In xl2003 menus:
Tools|Customize|Options tab|Check "always show full menus"
