How can I highlight and clear contents but not formulas

Hi,
Select the range you want to clean up--include as many formula cells as you
want.

Then edit|goto|special
check Constants
click ok

hit the delete key on the keyboard.

(You may have constants that you want to
keep--headers/descriptions/instructions.)

Default Clearing Contents

Hi Amanda

Press F5 from worksheet. From Goto window select Constants. Select the
option you needed. Hit OK to select all cells. Press delete key,.
