Default Auto Refresh

Hi,

I don't believe there is any option to update read only workbooks without
closing and re-opening. You could try sharing the workbook. Then, when anyone
wants to see the updated data they can click save. But, beware, Excel has
certain limitations with regard to shared workbooks and you should take a
look at the Help to consider these limits.
