text ASCII file format
More details will be helpful. Do you wish to open a Comma separated value
(CSV) file in Excel or do you want to create a true CSV file from an Excel File? To create a CSV file from an Excel spreadsheet, just use the Save As option from the File menu( pre 2007 versions) or teh office buttonm (2007). Choose either the CSV (excel format) or the CSV ( MS-DOS) format. If this does not answer your question, post back with additional details.
