How toconvert an Excell file in Tex ASCII comma quote delimited format?

Hi,

Excel allows CSV, Unicode and Tab delimited:

Try File, Save As, change the files of type or Save as Type line. See if
any of these meet your needs, since I'm not sure exactly what you want.

If this helps, please click the Yes button.

More details will be helpful. Do you wish to open a Comma separated value
(CSV) file in Excel or do you want to create a true CSV file from an Excel
File?

To create a CSV file from an Excel spreadsheet, just use the Save As option
from the File menu( pre 2007 versions) or teh office buttonm (2007). Choose
either the CSV (excel format) or the CSV ( MS-DOS) format.

If this does not answer your question, post back with additional details.
